User Safety Acknowledgment

PlantLynk does not conduct criminal background checks and makes no guarantees regarding user behavior.
You are solely responsible for your interactions, including in-person meetings.

3. CONTENT & USER GENERATED MATERIAL

You retain ownership of content you post, but by using PlantLynk you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content for the operation of the App.

PlantLynk reserves the right to remove content or accounts at its sole discretion.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if we determine that a user:

• Violates these Terms

• Misrepresents vegan status

• Poses a safety risk

• Engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior

• Engages in illegal behavior

You may delete your account at any time.
